[Temeraire is looking much more put together than he was the last time he was on the network. He's also gotten better at working the 'Gear.]

Excuse me, everyone, I have a question for the people who have been here longer.

[He turns the camera around behind him to show a Druddigon and a shiny golden Charmander. The Charmander looks to be pestering the Druddigon despite being a fraction of her size, with the Druddigon carefully batting it away every so often. Then the camera is back on Temeraire, who lowers his voice and looks a little worried.]

Neither of them have gotten any bigger. Shimmer has only just hatched, so it makes sense that she is still small, but Reliant is at least a few weeks old and has not grown at all. Is that normal for Pokemon?

[He thinks a moment before adding, more to himself although it's still clearly audible] There have not been any cows or sheep for them to eat, perhaps that is what's wrong.

[Then he's back to addressing the camera at a normal speaking volume, and smiling a little for good measure.] I would very much appreciate any help.

[The feed lasts a little bit longer while he looks for the off button, but apparently he finds it because it shuts off.]

Also, the growth cycles of Pokemon vary. Some grow faster, others grow slower. Then there are also Pokemon who do not wish to evolve at all.

Oh, like capital! Laurence has told me about that. Do you know of other ways to get it besides from fighting the people on the roads? If the meat is very expensive I do not know if that will be enough.

[Yes he does call money capital. His education in currency has been...haphazard. He's already been told quite a lot about Pokemon growth, and what China says backs all of it up, so he just nods to that.]

[He only blinks once at the word 'capital.' Hey, he used to say it too back in the day, but now he uses the terms 'money' and 'cash.' It should not have been too noticeable, though, the look on his face, since it was very brief.]

Ah, yes. There are several job opportunities in each of the cities that offer money. Working at the inns, the restaurants, the Centers, and so on. However, Goldenrod probably has the most job opportunities there, thanks to their large department store.

[Nope, Temeraire doesn't notice the expression at all. But he does look very interested at the idea of jobs; dragons aren't allowed to do anything but be unpaid soldiers in England.]

I have never had a job before, but I am sure I can work it out! How does one go about getting such a position?

Really? You've never had a job before? How old are you?

[He's just flabbergasted because you look old enough to have a job.]

It's actually easier here than it is back home, aru. You go to one of the establishments I mentioned, ask if they have any jobs available, and if they do they will hire you.

[Temeraire looks down self-consciously, and rubs at one arm. His face is a little red with embarrassment, but he doesn't realize it.]

I am nearly a year old, but dragons do not have jobs the way humans do in my world. I entered the Aerial Corps only a month after I hatched.

But I will try that, thank you.

[He was about to open his mouth to exclaim at the age, but then he hears the word "dragons" and is silenced into shock. China looks at Temeraire with a very confused expression.]

Dragons? Aerial Corps? I'm afraid I do not understand what you are talking about.

I am a dragon in my world, and I fly in England's Aerial Corps. [He lowers his head sheepishly. He really needs to stop assuming that people know about things like this.]

Although I have been told by others that their worlds do not have dragons or corps in any country, are you from one of those?

R-Really?

[He can't help but tremble with excitement. Hey, if people were ponies back in their world, why couldn't there be people who were dragons in their world?]

W-Well, we don't have an Aerial Corps of dragons in my world, but in China we believe that there are dragons in the world.

Well, there probably are, and are just very clever at hiding if you have not seen them.

[He nods, sounding sure of himself. Surely there are dragons in more worlds than people are saying, and if this man believes they are in his, why shouldn't they be? But then he leans forward, looking very curious.]

You are from China? That is where my egg was from.

Dragons have been in hiding for centuries in my world, unfortunately.

Really? How did you end up in a place like England then?

China was sending my egg to the French, for Napoleon to have me. But Laurence won the French ship in a battle, and when I hatched I chose him as my captain.

[He sounds very proud of this.]

And I am glad, because I am very sure that I should not have liked Napoleon anyway.
